This 3 bedroom, 3 full bath Monflanquin holiday home spans 3 levels and has been beautifully restored in the French country tradition. The rooftop terrace is a comfortable and inviting indoor-outdoor living area, with panoramic views of both magnificent sunsets and the peaceful valley below.

The street level ground floor features a large, bright living room fitted with a wood burning fireplace (not for use),  beautiful country kitchen, spacious primary bedroom with built-in wardrobes, and full bathroom with a bidet.

Upstairs, a large day room opens onto a magnificent terrace offering breathtaking sunset views of the surrounding countryside. A second bedroom, bath with tub and shower wand, plus mezzanine, complete this floor.

The basement includes a full bathroom, a third bedroom, and work space. It is directly accessible from the street.

There are two air conditioning units, microwave, dish washer and water softener for your convenience. Longer term renters can request use of the washing machine and basement level garage.
